The real estate market in the DC metro area has become more challenging and complex in recent years. Information is now widespread and market efficiencies have increased, making it increasingly difficult to find a good deal. One must be knowledgeable about how interest rates, local job growth, nearby housing developments, and many other factors affect local housing prices.
